01 Contractual Foundation
By accessing AsiaPacificNexus.digital, you enter into a legally binding agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access our market intelligence suite or nexus analytics tools. If you are using our services on behalf of a corporation or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
Failure to agree with any part of these terms requires immediate cessation of use of the website and all associated digital products. We reserve the right to modify these terms as the regulatory landscape in the Asia-Pacific region evolves.
02 Proprietary Intelligence Assets

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, data visualizations, and proprietary algorithms, is the exclusive property of AsiaPacificNexus. Our market intelligence reports are protected by Japanese and international copyright laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for internal business planning only.

03 Operational Conduct
Users must not attempt to disrupt the integrity of the AsiaPacificNexus platform. This includes any activity that places an undue load on our servers or bypasses security measures designed to protect sensitive market intelligence data. Unauthorized access to administrative panels or user databases is a violation of international cyber laws and will be prosecuted.
04 Limitation of Liability
While AsiaPacificNexus strives for precision in our nexus analytics, all market intelligence is provided "as is" and "as available." Forecasts are based on historical data and current market indicators which are subject to rapid change.
AsiaPacificNexus shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages resulting from business decisions made based on our intelligence reports.
05 Account & Access Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and indemnity.
